After

Case presents adult female with anterior open bite contributed by anterior tongue thrusting. Case was completed in 16 months using fixed edgewise appliances, Roth Rx, .018 anterior slot, .022 posterior slot, bite closed with the assistance of intraoral elastics.

After

Case presents with malformed upper right and left lateral incisors (Bolton discrepancy). Adult female generalized spacing both arches, case completed in 18 months, using fixed edgewise appliances, Roth Rx, .018 anterior slot, .022 posterior slot slight spacing left distal to upper laterals via Bolton discrepancy, hidden lingual retainers were used in both arches.
